This is a tier 3 set, it includes steel & hand sculpted elements.

 Each set includes 10 hand-painted nails along with an application kit! The kit comes with everything you need for a seamless application: a mini buffer, nail file, nail glue, 24 adhesive tabs, two alcohol wipes, a wooden cuticle pusher, and a step-by-step instruction guide.
