SHIPPING
  • All orders ship via USPS with tracking.Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Business days DO NOT include holidays or weekends.
  • Pre-order and made-to-order pieces will take longer (the estimated time for these pieces will be listed in the products description).

US SHIPPING
  • All orders ship with tracking via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Shipping rates are based on weight and distance offered at checkout.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • International Shipping Policy: We are happy to offer international shipping to our customers around the world using USPS (United States Postal Service). Please read the following information carefully before placing your order:
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination country, and the shipping method you select during checkout. Please note that shipping rates do not include any customs, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country.
  • Tracking Information: USPS First Class Package International includes tracking information, which can be used to track your package as it travels to its destination country. Please note that tracking information may not be updated once the package enters the destination country, as it is subject to the tracking capabilities of the local postal service.
  • Shipping Time: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and customs processing times. Please note that once your package has been shipped, we cannot control any delays that may occur during transit or customs clearance.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders are subject to customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these fees.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.

 SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Once an order has been shipped, LA ZONELYS is no longer responsible. We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost or stuck in transit. 
  • Once an order is ready for shipment, a notification will be sent to the email provided with your tracking info. Please keep up with tracking to ensure acceptance of delivery.
  • Please double check your mailing address when placing an order. If we are informed of any complications with the shipping address provided, LA ZONELYS team we will reach out to you through the email or number you provided at checkout. If a package is sent back to us due to an incorrect mailing address, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for any fees associated with re-shipment.

 

REPAIRS

  •  Jewelry repairs are accepted only within a six-month period from the original purchase.
  • To proceed with a repair, Please email la.zonelys@gmail.com please include your First and Last name and your original order confirmation number, and any extra details you would like to share.
  • LA ZONELYS team will go over your email and if accepted you will be provided with a confirmation email to begin the repair process. 
  • All beads from the broken necklace must be collected and provided.
  • After the six-month period or if the beads are not available, repairs cannot be carried out.
  • In such cases, If the necklace is still in stock, Purchasing a new necklace is necessary.
  • The cost of a necklace repair is $20.
  • Shipping and handling charges for both delivery and return are not included in the $20 price.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS 

  • All sales are final. LA ZONELYS currently does not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations for any reason.
